FINAL STAGE: Preparing For the Inevitable
In home care versus staying at home, to resuscitate or not,
and how to stay connected while letting go.

FINDING TOMORROW: Discovering a New Path and Way of Being
Yes, there is life after caregiving and during this workshop,
participants will begin the process of finding a new way of being.
